At Fenway Group, we measure our social impact by empowering the next generation of technologists through our Apprentice/Mentorship Program. Our comprehensive talent acquisition strategy, FenwayPipeline™, delivers high-quality technology services while incorporating your next generation of technologists. This is a critical component of an effective technology talent replenishment plan, providing a continuous flow of highly skilled technologists. We accelerate the socioeconomic mobility of every person in our Apprentice/Mentorship Program.
